Not Impressed, not good for vegetarians
6.0Had a destination wedding here that I had to go to. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I got an upgraded room which was nice. I must admit that I had a hard time with the food. Most of it is not labeled and there weren't a lot of vegetarian or vegan options. I had a translator app that I kept asking what things were. The presentation was nice, but other than bread it was hard to distinguish what I could eat. We had dinner at the restaurants and that was difficult as well. The hotel is laid out nice and the beach is beautiful. They did a good job with the wedding. I also had a day at the spa which was really nice. Overall, this is a family type of place not luxury or chic, it is definitely a tourist hotel. But if you are vegetarian it is a hard stay.
Very bad service
4.0All beautiful beaches, gardens, swimming pool. But what was appalling was the behavior of the female staff in the buffet restaurants. Lazy, incompetent, nasty women!!!!! What does the management pay them for? To discourage the clientele, bravo, they did a great job. I've never seen that anywhere. It would be good to secretly sit someone there to see the reality because they make the management crazy. On Tuesday there were two ladies with tablets and asked the guests about the quality of breakfast and believe me, the way the staff worked before them is far from reality when they are not there. So if you want service where you feel bad and look at the annoyed faces of the staff, this is the only place. For me, terrible 🤦🤦🤦🤦 The worst service I have ever experienced, we regularly go to hotels like Rixos and this was a nightmare in terms of service. It's a shame to pay!
