10.0The manager was always very helpful whenever we needed help. The staff were always very polite and friendly. The waitress in the restaurant was always very polite and courteous. The food was excellent. The room was clean quiet and a good standard. The hotel was in a very quiet area and easy to walk to the Vatican and other places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the staff and hotel.

9.0Przemiła obsługa, bardzo wygodne łóżka, świetne śniadania (niesamowicie pomocna i miła Pani przygotowująca śniadania!!!) - we włoskim stylu, ale można się najeść (jajka czy omlet, do wyboru szynka, ser, warzywa, i oczywiście sporo słodkości; kawa na świeżo przygotowywana z ekspresu kolbowego). Bez problemu zostawiliśmy bagaż, a przed wyjazdem mogliśmy odpocząć w wygodnej częsci wspólnej.
