The reception staff Frederico and Sabrina especially were wonderful.
10.0Look it's a four-star not a five so what counts is the willingness of staff to treat you like a human being and not like a 'guest'.All of the staff put heart into their work and made you feel that whatever little niggle cropped up, it would be dealt with immediately in the best manner. This is more important than the cool, efficiency found in five-star hotels etc. In some of these, everything is absolutely perfect but you feel like a number not a person. The reception staff literally became our friends- they gave of their time, however busy at all times and at any time. The location is on bus routes and very near to a Metro line and taxis arrived in four or five minutes. Breakfast was great with friendly staff and quick service.
− Very little... the people were too nice for that! Human beings doing their very best for you doesn't mean robotic perfection because it is so much better than that. And yes, a few little things needed attention and got it.
