Malheureusement sans sommeil 😵
4.0L’emplacement est incroyable tout peut se faire à pied et l’accès à la promenade du lac des nations est parfait. Belle chambre vue Lac à notre demande chambre pas très grande mais c’était juste ce dont on avait besoin.
− Nous avions demandé et payé un supplément pour une chambre avec vue sur le lac ce que nous avons eu mais malheureusement l’air climatisé était tellement bruyante le 2eme soir qu’elle nous a gardé éveillé la nuit entière et comme il faisait très chaud durant la période de notre séjour il faisait vraiment chaud si on l’arrêtait. Malgré le fait que nous ayons mentionné la problématique le lendemain lors du départ et que nous ayons payé un supplément pour cette chambre avec vu aucune compensation ou du moins le remboursement du 100$ supplémentaire pour l’upgrade ne nous a été offert. C’est cher payé pour une nuit à l’hôtel sans sommeil. Bref c’est un problème technique hors du contrôle de l’établissement cependant on aurait dû nous offrir une compensation quelconque.
