9.0Overall it was a very pleasant stay, great location and facilities, friendly staff, 10 min from the airport, beachfront, can swim safely during high tides, but certain areas of the beach can be a bit rocky (reef shoes recommended). Spa and massage is a great highlight, really enjoyed.

8.0Location, staff, scenery, location
− During my five-day stay, I frequently had to return to reception for new room card or to activate room card due to my card not being active daily. Our room accommodated three people but only provided two towels and limited toilet paper. The room phone was non-functional, necessitating multiple trips to reception to request and remind them of our needs. The distance from the car park, reception, and pick-up/drop-off area to our room, 414, was excessive, causing difficulty for my 75-year-old asthmatic mother-in-law. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable. I recommend considering the number of occupants per room, ensuring phone lines are functional and addressing the needs of elderly guests when making bookings. A walk around the resort revealed that staying in the 100s would have been challenging for my mother-in-law. Overall, I loved my stay and the peaceful location. I plan to return in 2027 with my children to experience Samoa and this beautiful resort. However, I urge improvements to ensure everything is perfect. I appreciate the staff I encountered and love this place. As a Tongan with Samoan in-laws, I proudly share the beauty of your island, people, and culture with my family. Thank you.

8.0Close to airport when travelling in & our of Samoa. Close to Mulifanua Wharf when travelling to Savaii. Being welcomed with a Niu (coconut water in full coconut shell) Beds & pillows great - probably more on the firmer side. Chili (& her team) dinner service manager who was welcoming, accomodating & friendly. Although not hot, breakfast was still good with lots of choices. Ability to sign out towels if wanting to swim elsewhere. Safe available in room.
