Preisleistung ist hier das was am meisten heraussticht. Die Zimmer im neuen Gebäude sind top. Parking draussen auch gratis, top. Die Drinks am Abend im Innenhof waren auch lecker.

− Das Frühstück fanden meine Frau und ich jetzt nocht beeindruckend. Da gab in anderen Hotels in Mailand bessere Varianten. Ich glaube das Frühstück ist sehr wirtschaftlich intelligent, gastro-optimiert ausgelegt, da ansonsten solche faire Preise nicht zustande kämen. Kaffee wäre auch cooler wäre es von einem Barista gemacht, aber auch hier würde die Wirtschaftlichkeit darunter leiden. Die Vollautomaten haben ihren Job gemacht.

The staff were friendly, polite, and did their best to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. The reception team was patient and always tried to find solutions despite the difficulties. The room was generally clean, and when I reported stained bed sheets, the receptionist kindly provided clean ones immediately. The location was also convenient.

− Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing for several reasons. Before our arrival, the hotel confirmed that our booking would be accepted with parental consent. However, when we checked in, we were told that this was no longer possible, and our room allocation had to be changed. We had specifically booked three rooms with double beds, but instead we were given different room types, including a sofa bed and bunk beds, which did not match our reservation. Because of this issue, we arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 p.m. but had to wait until almost 6:00 p.m. before we could access our rooms. As a result, we lost a large part of our first day in Milan. We had planned to spend the afternoon exploring the city, but instead we spent hours waiting at the hotel. By the time we were finally able to shower, unpack, and rest after our long journey, it was already late, and we had also lost valuable time finding a restaurant for dinner. This was extremely frustrating and had a significant impact on the start of our trip. We were also charged more than the price originally shown on Booking.com after our reservation was changed, even though we had been told the price would remain the same. In addition, some of the information we were given about local regulations appeared to be incorrect, as other hotels confirmed that such a rule does not exist. The beds were not very comfortable. When we arrived, some of the bins had not been emptied and there was no toilet paper in the room. I also found stains on the bed sheets. The receptionist kindly provided me with clean sheets immediately, but I had to change the bed myself because it was late and no one was available to do it. Although the staff were always friendly, patient, and did their best to help us, I felt that most of these issues were caused by the hotel's management rather than the reception team. Finally, the breakfast was average and did not meet my expectations. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience.
