− 예약 당시 세 가지 사항을 사전에 요청하였습니다. 첫째, 소음이 적은 조용한 객실 배정 둘째, 가능한 높은 층의 객실 배정 셋째, 오후 2시까지 체크아웃 연장이 가능한지 확인 그러나 실제 투숙 과정에서는 이러한 요청사항이 충분히 반영되거나 사전에 확인되지 않은 것으로 느껴졌습니다. 모든 요청이 반드시 수용될 수 있는 것은 아니라는 점은 이해하지만, 가능 여부에 대한 안내나 설명이 부족했던 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 가장 유감스러웠던 부분은 투숙객의 이름이 잘못 기재되어 있었다는 점입니다. 고객의 이름은 예약 및 투숙 관리에서 가장 기본적이고 중요한 정보라고 생각합니다. 이러한 기본적인 정보조차 정확하게 확인되지 않았다는 사실에 상당한 실망감을 느꼈습니다. 객실과 시설 자체는 만족스러웠지만, 고객의 사전 요청사항에 대한 세심한 확인과 기본적인 고객 정보 관리 측면에서는 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다.
