7.0die Lage war bestens, Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend im Design. der Rezeptionist Dimitrij war sehr hilfsbereit und auch sehr ortskundig. das Bett ist absolute Spitzenklasse!
− das Zimmer war winzig und es war nicht wirklich sauber und während unserer 5 Nächte wurde nicht einmal im Zimmer aufgesaugt! Das fand ich schon sehr schwach! Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, die Minibar ist leer. das Frühstück ist wirklich nichts außergewöhnliches und dort ist es auch nicht so sauber. Als Beispiel: Bitte steht als Block offen da auch Margarine, darin klebt ein widerlich verschmiertes Messer und das jeden Tag zu jeder Zeit. was mich aber am meisten gestört hat: wir haben unsere elektrische Zahnbürste im Zimmer vergessen und erst am späten Abend des Abreisetages bemerkt. ich habe gleich angerufen wurde aber auf den Folgetag vertröstet. ich habe auch 2 Mails geschrieben auf die keine Antwort kam. Am nächsten Tag wieder 3 Mal angerufen bis wir endlich wussten dass die Zahnbürste gefunden wurde. Soweit so gut. Nur das Hotel bietet keine Rücksendung an. Ich habe dann von Österreich aus einen Kurierdienst organisiert, wieder 3 Anrufe und 2 Mails hat es gebraucht um die Zusage zu erhalten, dass sie es dem Kurier übergeben würden. ich bat um Rückmeldung nach der Abholung die nie kam. Dann sah ich vom Tracking Nr dass die Zahnbürse bei uns ankam, aber der Abholkode ging ans Hotel weil sie sich statt mich dort eingetragen haben, den Kode haben sie mir aber weder proaktiv noch nach meiner schriftlichen dringenden Bitte übermittelt. Fazit: mails werden nicht beantwortet!

− После второй ночи не убрали номер . То есть если оставаться на неделю то мусора в номере будет много

Car will be transported to the underground parking lot by a special elevator. Elevator measurements are 16 ft x 7.5 feet and it is 6.9 feet high. It can elevator a car which weights no more than 2,5 tonnes. Number of parking spaces is limited and reservation is not possible
