− Booked as it said had parking, then to be told afterwards that it was £10 extra per day.

10.0Nice location and accomodation, but above all the receptionist went above and beyond to help is with a problem with our car. He deserves every star in this rating!
− The room was very hot, but there was a fan.

8.0Unexpected find at short notice. Perfect base for a short family visit to Bath. All the staff were lovely.
