− Our room smelled musty and the air conditioner wouldn’t get cold.
Bring your own coffee and ear plugs or ask for top floor

− No coffee in room, coffee in lobby was like sock water—very weak. Woman working at front desk didn’t care whatsoever either. Also had to move rooms due to noise from upstairs.
