Terrible, worst place we have ever stayed

− Long list. We booked 2 rooms for us and our 3 children. They were not able to give us connecting rooms but the connecting room that my kids were in the other people were smoking weed and it was so strong. When we told the desk they didn't know what to do. The rooms were gross and the bathtub was gross. The door to our bathroom would not completely close and the bathroom in my boys room had no lock. The pool looked terrible, nothing like the picture and the hot tub had been taken out with a piece of wood over it. It wasn't suitable for swiming. Checkout was at 11 but at 8:30 two cleaning ladies thought it would be a good idea to yell back and forth to each other from other opposite ends of the hallway while they cleaned. We could hear every word through our door. We couldn't even sleep. Again I need to point out the rooms were non smoking rooms. The smell of weed was over powering.
