10.0The architecture design and entire concept of the property was phenomenal- nothing we’ve experienced before. So much thought put into the design of every corner. Gondal from the front office has given us exceptional service from even before we arrived to the property. He has catered to every requirement and given suggestions to make the most of our stay in Sacred House as well as Urgup. We enjoyed Gondal’s explanation of the Hotel and the vision the Owner/Architect had while making it. We thank him for upgrading us to celebrate! Location and Urgup city was fantastic too. Breakfast was awesome Ps- we enjoyed all the museum collectibles across the hotel
