4.0Room was not clean when we first checked in, property inside looked very old and little improvements made. Would not recommend. Was in a decent area, but not worth the price we paid for.

8.0Staff was very nice. Overall the property was clean except the carpets needed to be cleaned. The hotel was busy and that made some of the guests loud at night and early morning.
