Hotel Cancelled Reservation # No Refund Received
2.0Hotel cancelled my reservation, not myself and refund hasn't been processed. Stayed at this hotel several times, however, it seems like guests aren't welcome at this particular venue. Unless the refund has been processed, I won't rebook my room and stay somewhere else instead. Rather disappointing!
