Impressive view from an ordinary hotel
8.0Obviously the unique experience of being up at the highest point is what this hotel is about but the premises itself is not exceptional for the price The staff are very pleasant trying to make this hotel appear classier than it is
− The room was small and the bathroom tiny with a shower cubicle very awkward to use Our room 111 was so dark I cud not enter without putting the lights on The funicular is a nightmare. Long wait to be squashed in and a nightmare once at the top Yes the hotel offer a lift from the funicular if you can possibly get in touch with them The cost of using the funicular €7 euros per person should be considered as you have no option other than to use it The food offered is very limited and again nothing special There’s a cover charge every time u sit in the restaurant regardless of wat you eat at €6-8 this soon adds up In the room everything is charged extra - not even a complimentary bottle of water Be careful to check bill on check out we had costs added to ours probably because people just quote a room number when ordering so mistakes can be made The ‘spa’ area is tiny with 6 beds

− Le lieu vieillot, l'accès, petite piscine sans ombrage, sans climatisation... La présentation est à mîlle lieues de la présentation et des commentaires. I

7.0Très chouette petit-déjeuner, personnel à l’écoute, magnifique vue. Le restaurant est également très bien.
− Le manque de climatisation et le bruit sur le parking durant la nuit. Il y a eu à plusieurs moments des jeunes qui faisaient la fête très tard et comme nous étions obligés de garder les fenêtres ouvertes avec la chaleur, nous n’avons pas très bien dormi.

6.0Het uitzicht is top. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Ontbijt was heerlijk
− De wc-bril kwam los, de douchedeur sloot niet volledig waardoor er water in de badkamer liep. Locatie was zeer moeilijk om te geraken, heel hoor en veel smalle wegen. Ik vond het verblijf veel te duur

The hotel's shuttle bus to Brunate is available from Monday until Sunday. On Sunday there is a public bus, but the hotel doesn't provide free tickets. The service should be booked upon check-in.
Please note that the hot tub comes at extra charge after 8pm. The outdoor pool is open from 15 May until 15 September.
