We had a great room with a jungle view, great location right on the beach, not too far from playa del carmen, walkable distance and good location for days out such as Xcaret, great range of restaurants and good food

Ogromnym atutem obiektu jest przyroda, niesamowita roślinność, zwierzęta - można poczuć się jak w dżungli. Miła obsługa, choć trochę zależy na kogo się trafi - super recepcjonista Alfonso. Pokoje przyzwoite, choć niezbyt duże. Było czysto w pokoju i w łazience (oprócz sufitu). Bardzo smaczne jedzenie jak na obiekt all-in. Strefa basenowa bardzo czysta, leżaki w miarę dostępne, ale nie można przyjść za późno. Plaża spora, czysta, w miarę bez sargassum (kiedy w Playa była z kolei plaga tego). Bardzo zaangażowana kadra animatorów - podziwiam ich energię w ten upał, ale muzyka trochę zbyt huczna podczas aktywności. Nie trafiłem na robactwo.

− W łazience brudny, czy wręcz częściowo zagrzybiały sufit oraz kurz na wentylatorze. Soki w restauracji Cozumel to napoje, a nie soki - niektórych nie dało się pić. Warzywa w restauracji trochę bez smaku. W strefie basenowej uwaga na podłoże w części brodzikowej (blisko miejsca wydań ręczników) - nasze dzieci starły sobie skórę na stopach o ten grys, którym wyłożone jest dno, zalecam obuwie do wody. Personel nie kontroluje zajmowania leżaków i ok. 10 rano już jest problem. To co mnie zasmuciło to widok (w upalny dzień) dwóch panów z obsługi, którzy na swoich plecach wynosili worki z zebranymi z plaży glonami - wypadałoby jakiś traktor zorganizować, bo konkurencja obok ma profesjonalny sprzęt do ściągania tego sargassum z plaży.

Minor Tweaks in the All-Inclusive Policy...

− There was a small but surprisingly unnecessary issue with the in-room fridge. Normally it’s stocked with assorted canned drinks (cola, 7Up, mineral water, beer). Our fridge had no mineral water, so we requested restocking. Service arrived and brought one can of mineral water, insisting it had to replace another can from the fridge. The next day, the customer service manager explained this was due to a new policy: each room now gets only one can of drink, even for two adults at an all-inclusive resort. We were also told that many other guests had been raising the same issue at the front desk. If both guests prefer the same drink, the proposed solution was to remove a different drink entirely (e.g., no 7Up) so both could share the same one—essentially putting guests in the awkward position of needing a “preferred soft drink list” in case they’re asked. What started as a minor request turned into an unnecessary and puzzling waste of vacation time. For an all-inclusive resort, this policy feels oddly restrictive—following the same logic, one might wonder if the next policy will be one towel per room.

Beautiful hotel and great beach

The hotel is beautiful, full of wild life and it's always extremely clean (common areas, bedroom, beach ..). The breakfast buffet is also very complete and the beach and swimming areas are great (blue water, white sand. just great).

− A couple of things the hotel could get better at: - my room had an amazing view to the beach, however it was also in front of the next door's resort and their evening plans. We could hear the music from the other hotel in our room (with windows closed). It wasn't a problem for us as we don't mind the noise, but if you're a light sleeper this would have been a real issue. - at the beach, the sunbeds and really close to each other, so there's not place for a private conversation.
