− Handicapped parking? Not available for handicap person only for none handicapped person. Anybody can park in handicap space at this hotel.

− Handicap parking not available for handicapped person because anybody can parked in space even if they not handicap or a handicap permit. Did report it to the staff. Didn’t care about me be handicapped.

− This was the most disgusting room I have ever stepped foot in. I had a room booked for two beds and upon check in I was told it was a one bed room, without complaining I asked if I could have two bed and the front desk man tried to up charge me 50$ for a mistake that was made on their end. When I said no he told me 20$ then and I just said okay because I was tired. When I walked in my room I felt like I was in a cleaned up drug room the walls were stained with god knows what, there were crumbs all over the place and I found two bugs in the bathroom. I was horrified and when I tried to complain I was brushed off. I quickly found a new hotel and when I tried to tell the front desk person I was again ignored. After all that I tried to contact customer service which is impossible over the phone so I have been emailing them for 2 days now and I was told that I stayed my duration and that there was never a complain since it was reported. Not only is the hotel disgusting and scummy but the customer service is horrible and they do not care as long as they get their money
