6.0− Que pongan que mi estadia fue del 14 al 15 cuando fue del 14 al 17 y eso perjudica mis beneficios latam.
Most Disappointing JW Marriott I’ve stayed in
6.0The rooms are clean and modern and the executive lounge is nice. However, the food is severely lacking. I had breakfast in the lounge in my first day and I was excited for what appeared like a local breakfast. There was a nice looking chicken dish but the chicken was tough. There was eggs but they were cold. The empanadas were stone cold and tough. The next morning I had breakfast at the restaurant. It was a larger selection. However, once again everything in the warming trays was basically cold. The empanadas were still tough. I had dinner at the lobster and steak restaurant. The food there was good but the service was lacking. The restaurant was mostly empty but it was hard to get the attention of a server. I ordered an appetizer that never came but it was still on my bill. Yes, they did take it off when I asked. Twice I went to the cafe to watch the football game and it was once again nearly impossible to get service. It’s a clean hotel with a nice executive lounge. But for a JW Marriott it’s highly disappointing.
Exceptional Service Quality from JW Marriott, Bogota
10.0The experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional service quality. The staff members were friendly and highly professional. We were very pleased that the staff went the exrtra mile to ensure that our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and relaxing.
Exceptional Stay!
10.0I just got back from a four-night stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Bogotá and had an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever had—and it made the entire trip feel easy, effortless and safe. I was surprised to hear that the hotel was more than 15 years old, as it feels brand new. Everything was extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a polished but welcoming vibe throughout. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Johanna at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. In Food & Beverage, the Executive Chef, Christian and Ignacio were consistently great, and it was clear how much care goes into the overall dining experience and making guests feel at home. Luis the bellman was always attentive and made arrivals and departures smooth and easy. My husband and I were sad to leave! This was a great stay from start to finish, and the JW Marriott Bogotá truly delivers on warm, thoughtful hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
