A very cozy chateaux in Champagne
8.0A charming château in the Champagne region, set in a peaceful and cozy countryside location just outside a small village. The historic main building is beautiful and full of character, while the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and inviting. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of high-quality products, and the restaurant also served a very enjoyable dinner. Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing stay.
− While the château itself is beautiful and full of charm, the rooms are starting to feel a bit worn and could benefit from some refurbishment. The bathroom was exceptionally small, and the toiletries provided were rather average, which felt below the standard expected for a property of this type.
Zimmer entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Keine Lösung bei Beschwerden
1.0− Die angebotenen Zimmer entsprechen weder der Beschreibung noch den Bildern bei Booking und auf der eigenen Webseite. Zimmer unter dem Dach mit kleinen Fenstern auf 1,80m Höhe, sodaß man nur den Himmel gesehen hat. 40 Grad im Zimmer und ein wahnsinnig lautes Standklimagerät, bei dem man nicht schlafen konnte. Die Hotelleitung war an keiner Lösung interessiert. Bereits bezahltes Frühstück wollte das Hotel noch einmal kassieren.
Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise wegen untragbarem Zimmer und keiner Lösung voll berechnet!!!
1.0− Unser gebuchtes Classic Doppelzimmer war nicht im Schloss wie angegeben, sondern in einem Seitenbau, so dass wir immer über Hof gehen mussten zum Frühstück. Dazu war das Zimmer nur über eine sehr steile und schmale Treppe erreichbar, was für Personen mit einschränkungen unmöglich erreichbar ist. Es entsprach auch in keinster Weise den Bildern auf der Webseite und bei Boooking. Trotz das wir 6 Monate vorher angegeben haben, das in unserer Gruppe 2 Vegetarier und 2 Veganer sind, wurde in keinster Weise darauf eingegangen. Beim Abendessen wurden den beiden Veganern trockener Reis ohne Soße mit Pommes serviert. Das Hotel war zu keiner Lösung der Probleme bereit. Aufrund der Zimmer- und Essensituation reisten 2 Gäste nach 2 Tagen ab. Das Hotel war danach nicht bereit die 2 Tage zu erstatten und hat sie voll berechnet. Insgesamt war das Hotelmanagment an keiner Lösung bei Problemen interessiert.
