− Pool and gym had no access

− Lights flicked at night, hard to check in & the undercover car park had a locker box at the front so made it very hard to park for a bigger car.

− The renovations in the common areas should have been explained prior to me having to pay for the booking, as I would have probably chosen a different place to stay had I known beforehand.

Great family holiday only impact was unhappy kids that we could t use the pool

− We were not at all informed that construction going on during our stay prevented access to ammenities ie pool
