5.0− Our experience was very disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The furniture was old, worn out, and dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The hotel also appeared to be understaffed. We booked a villa for three people and even paid for four guests, but when we arrived, there were only towels and bedding provided for two people. When we went to prepare the downstairs sofa bed, we opened it to find it full of sand. The floor throughout the villa was also dirty. Overall, the property was not as advertised, and the lack of cleanliness and poor preparation made our stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing !!
9.0The apartment we had was so spacious with ground floor access out to the pool. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed !!! The location is great - 5 minutes walk to porth beach and 10 minutes to lusty glaze beach.
− The only thing that we found uncomfortable was the double bed. And our you gest son said his bed was uncomfortable too .. Not going to complain though as everyone has a different mattress preference.
Great place especially for kids. Pool heated and outdoor perfect.

− Only a double bed - room for for a king size at least but this is preference only. There weren’t enough large glasses for 4 people and the villa sleeps 6. The mattress on the bed was truly awful, not well sprung and far too soft, not a great nights sleep, sofa was more comfortable.
