2.0The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. "ON THE BEACH" is the worst website to use. I don't recommend it. They did not take responsibility of my complaint. This hotel is still on their website. Shocking. The restaurant is not organised. It's always overcrowded. Food repetitive and low quality. No place for entertainment. My room was never cleaned properly in my 10 days stay. No toilet roll for one day. The hotel in general was dirty. "PET FRIENDLY" hotel turned into poo in the swimming pool. Absolutely disgusting. Sunny Beach is definitely worth a visit but in another hotel!
