10.0It was cutest hotel ever! The ashetic was spot on! I loved Carlos and Iyvanna! The entire staff was professional and polite. Very caring and helpful! The breakfast was fresh and hot! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

6.0My family including our 10 and 11 year old children stayed here for one night while we checked out La Fortuna to see Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna Waterfall. The best thing about this hotel is the convenient location to everything and excellent customer service. We only stayed one night so it did its purpose of allowing us to stay in a place for an affordable price. But if you are saying longer and want comfortable beds with a decent pool then I say book somewhere else. It's right on the main plaza in La Fortuna so it was loud (ear plugs saved us). I also would not recommend swimming in the "pool." I think it was more of a pond and it's situated right where the restaurant is so everyone can see you while they are dining. All in all, it was an ok stay. Harrison at the front desk was amazing with his customer service and answered all our questions. Also the free breakfast was amazing so that was a highlight.

6.0The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The a/c units needed replacing. The onsite restaurant was nice. We reserved 2 family rooms but were placed on opposite sides of the complex.
