10.0Usually when a new resort opens there are gaps in their processes. This was absolutely the exception. The management, lounge and bar staff, and the house keeping crews had everything dialled in flawlessly. Grazie millé to the front of house and Abrigado to the entire team! Well done. Planning our return. Asap.
