An enjoyable stay in the Cotswolds

Outstanding customer service
8.0Stayed for a couple of nights, unfortunately broke down getting there, car was lifted to the hotel. No one around when we got there 9pm but note with key at reception. Room was small but adequate. We were given an upgraded breakfast for free which was very nice of the hosts. Hotel is in the heart of all the sights. Had trouble arrangeing getti g car fixed and again hosts were very nice and permitted it to be left when there was no prospect of the car getting fixed any time soon. Car has now been removed 6 days later, Thank you very much for not adding to our problems. Its not until you have a problem that you can properly evaluate the service you receive and we cant fault it. Would have no problem going back in the future.
