8.0The staff was fantastic throughout our stay, especially the animation team, Gaizka and the rest of the team, who were always friendly and made a real effort to make everyone feel welcome. Adam, the head chef, was also excellent, as were all the waiters, especially Marce. A special mention as well to Julio and the guys downstairs, who were always helpful and attentive. Everyone contributed to making our stay a really enjoyable experience.
− The main downside for us was the location in Playa de las Américas. The area feels quite overdeveloped and touristy, with some parts looking rather run-down and dirty. It feels very commercial and heavily exploited by mass tourism, which takes away from the charm of Tenerife.

8.0Maravilloso el personal. Todos encantadores, son unos grandes profesionales.
− Muchísimo calor en las zonas comunes. Todos los shows en inglés destinados a extranjeros, ni las buenas noches dan en español. Estaría bien compaginar. En la habitación que nos tocó, la puerta del baño si la cerrabas te tenías que meter en el plato de ducha para abrirla ya que casi rozaba con el mueble del lavabo, demasiado justo.
