5.0La posizione è sicuramente buona e comoda. La terrazza è ampia e gradevole, lo staff cordiale
− Il costo è concorrenziale ma l'edificio è davvero attempato e gli appartamenti avrebbero bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Il parcheggio interno (indispensabile) è difficile da raggiungere e non areato. Letti da prepararsi autonomamente, cuscini senza federe da cercarsi dentro l'armadio, un asciugamano non pulito... Decisamente migliorabile

− Alles bereits sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mit einfacher Einrichtung. Horror Parkhaus (extrem eng - mit größeren Autos sehr schwierig)

5.0Logement fonctionnel, correctement équipé
− Propreté moyenne, absence de gel douche prévu à l'arrivée et à 18h, personne ne sait où il est rangé....., climatisation en panne en pleine canicule et aucune solution proposée, même pas la moindre excuse, pas de place de parking attribuée à chaque logement et pas assez de place pour tous les logements, donc si arrivee tardive, aucune place pour se garer dans le sous sol de la résidence, ni autour de la résidence. De plus le parking en sous-sol est chaque soir soumis à des infiltrations...ne pas y aller en sandales l'été mais plutôt en botte de pluie.
