6.0Very disappointed with the breakfast. Cooked breakfast did not include baked beans. The bacon and sausages were undercooked. They could not provide any non-dairy milk or "butter" at all (for cereals, tea and toast). Also, no non-dairy yoghurts provided. Very expensive for what we did actually have.

‘Gem of a place!’
10.0As our family live in different parts of the country we try to meet up once a year. We chose a ‘gem of a place’ with The Helyar Arms! Fabulous atmosphere/ ambience. The staff were so kind and friendly and our accommodation was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Such a pretty place with an abundance of brightly coloured hanging baskets and a beautiful ‘secret’ garden to the rear of the hotel with ample seating. An excellent place to stay👍
In the sticks
6.0The room although it was a large double had no seating to relax in your own space. There was an annoying step that encroached the room. The pub was very beautifull set within a beautiful village.
