10.0Close to everything, and a tram stop right outside the resort. The apartment was large, clean, had a fully equipped kitchen, big TV and a comfy bed. Lagoon pool looked amazing (but it was a bit too cold during our stay to make the most of it). The resort has a unique charm and soul about it that other more modern hotels and resorts around Surfers Paradise are lacking. The inside is really cool.
− The apartment itself was in need of a bit of a refresh. A lot of the walls were scuffed and damaged. The AC vents were a bit dusty.
A great stay in a beautiful room and such a nice view.

− Some rooms varied. Our daughter had to swap rooms. As the washing machine left the washing grey and the bathroom had black marks on the walls. We were very lucky with our room. If stay again we will require our room. Someone complained about their room being close to the construction sight with lights on during the night and noisy during the day. So if we return please we must have our same room and not be a request for possibly change.

5.0Location. Outdoor area was very nice.
− Pool temperatures were too cold. Gym equipment was old and tired. The room was very tired and needed a good clean and upgrade of furniture. The communial spa in the outdoor area needed a clean. Advise on the fact there is the biggest construction site on the Gold Coast right next door, should be publicised a bit more.
