10.0"Everything was great. The only thing I would change is the order of the appliances on the shelf. The coffee machine is at the very top, and if you don’t know this type perfectly, you have to step on a chair to get it running."

8.0Overall a very nice stay and glad we booked, lovely food and parking was ok, staff all nice and polite, small negatives were the beds weren't the best and had a split bed with lack of mattress protector so felt like you kept sliding down the middle of the bed in between the two single mattresses then water pressure on shower and toilet was making noises occasionally and sometimes would loose pressure altho didn't cause any major issues, also wish they had of put us on a lower floor and informed us we would be on a high up floor as there was no mention of this until we got there and luckily we had no mobility issues but I'm not good with heights and it is quite high up. Saying that we would return as overall we had a nice stay

10.0Such a lovely hotel. The room (10) had a big wow factor. I forgot we were in a chain - the hotel and room have a proper boutique feel to them. I honestly can’t fault a thing about our stay and have already recommended to friends.

10.0The most wonderful stay. Lots of attention paid to the small details, such as mini rocky road bites in our room on arrival. Would definitely return and recommend.
