Awful. Felt dingy, insecure, unsafe and not as described. We got a refund and moved
3.0Great breakfast and receptionist really tried to help
− The room was insecure. Balcony door did not lock. We were moved to another room but only after having to argue that it was not acceptable to have to sleep in an insecure room. The gym and pool area were closed for maintenance without us being informed

Please note that the wellness center, the pools and fitness center are available on request and at an additional cost.
The pool and the wellness center are available from 3 pm until 9 pm with an additional cost.
Children under 15 years of age can access the swimming pool from 9 am until 3 pm.
All the guests, children included, can access to the swimming pool free of charge from 9 am until 3 pm. After 3 pm there is a surcharge of 15 EUR.
