10.0Ci hanno spostato alla Suite imperiale al secondo piano per aver lamentato un po' di odore dagli scarichi nella stanza che ci avevano assegnato...una delle stanze più belle in cui sia mai stata, con vasca enorme per due.

10.0Hassan and the rest of the team were extremely supportive and friendly throughout our stay. We arrived exhausted after walking in the hot weather, but Hassan immediately offered mint tea so we could relax whilst he handled all the luggage - the service was impeccable. We were also able to order our taxi to Chefchaouan through Hassan at a reasonable rate, which made travelling between cities so much easier. Hassan spoke really good English, so communication was smooth. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the roof terrace has spectacular views. We genuinely enjoyed our entire stay, are grateful for the team, and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco!

10.0Beautifully decorated well appointed stay in the heart of FEZ. We stayed in the family room with our two children and it was perfect. They accommodated my picky eater which was helpful.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm morrocan tea as genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always responding quickly and with a smile. A special thank you to one staff member Hassan. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us.

8.0Splendido riad nel cuore della Medina di Fes. L’accoglienza dello staff è stata davvero eccezionale, in particolare di Hassam e Anas, sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli sui principali punti di interesse della città, aiutandoci a organizzare al meglio la visita. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la disponibilità costante di acqua fresca e tè, un gesto semplice ma che fa sentire davvero coccolati. Un soggiorno che consiglio senza esitazione!
