10.0The staff was professional and always helpful, I especially liked Elena. The restaurant, The Chateau, was excellent. One of the best in Kharkov. I enjoyed the location of the hotel the best. There is a medical clinic 20 meters from the hotel to secure a COVID PCR test to fly back to the USA (very convenient).

10.0Gostiny Dvor is the best hotel in Kharkiv. I stayed there for 5 days and it was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are coming to Kharkiv, give this place a try.
Cute hotel but lack of service and cleanliness.
6.0Not very clean room. Dusty. Stains on bed linnen. Reception asked me to pay extra to have this changed. Lack of service. Overall cute hotel.
