Fantastic hotel in an amazing location.
8.0Great views of the New York City Library Amazing location, right next to Bryant Park Spacious clean comfortable rooms Friendly and accommodating staff and service Good pressure in the shower Daily Tasty treats … wine & chocolates
− No coffee machine in room. One had to come downstairs to lobby area to get coffee.
Not worth the cost
4.0Close to Broadway shows and restaurants
− Odor in the Lobby was unpleasnt
Stylish and Good Value
9.0Reception is well designed and staff are proactively helpful. The room was spacious and had good aesthetics. I was offered free water and snacks - a nice touch. Way better value than Residence Inn on the same dates
− Street noise (sirens) but this is Manhattan!
