10.0A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable. However the standout for us was the staff, they did all they could to help us arrange a driver, clean our room, print documents we needed etc. It really was a 5 star experience and we would love to come back. Special shout out to Freddy for his peerless service and great sense of humour :)

8.0Characterful, friendly and charming hotel. Peaceful setting, rooms very clean. We had a bit of a problem with the hot water on arrival but they were quick to attend to this, and in fact moved us to a better room the next day. Taxi from airport all went to plan and they also organised a taxi for us onto our next destination. Breakfasts were fine with a choice of english style or Indian.
