− 房間冷氣不能調整，床上的電熱毯不能用，電視遙控器也沒功能，最恐怖的是乾濕分離的淋浴間居然積水不退還反吐出黃色髒水。因為以上現象發現/發生的時候已經晚上 10 點半了，若是再找服務人員，可能要折騰到更晚，影響睡眠，以及第二天的活動，所以是到退房時才跟櫃台反映。
