Eccellente a patto che si rinunci ad alcuni aspetti. La strada per arrivare è nell'ultimo tratto (circa 5km) davvero impraticabile. Una macchina bassa non credo sia in grado di arrivarci, servirebbe un fuoristrada e questo è il limite più grande Le camere sono prive di tv ed aria condizionata. Perchè allora 5 punti? Perchè il posto è incantevole, i proprietari gentili, la colazione buona e le stanze pulite. Le camere sono fresche ed in fondo alla tv si può rinunciare. La struttura è tutta basata sulla bio-architettura, sulla sostenibilità di acqua, corrente e riscaldamento. Quando in camera è tutto spento la corrente si stacca automaticamente tagliando via le radiazioni elettromagnetiche. Anche la piscina è basata sul basso impatto ambientale. Saturnia, Pitigliano e dintorni sono tutti nel raggio di 15/20 minuti. L'argentario a poco più di mezzora. Ma volete mettere il sottile senso di isolamento di una collina difficilmente raggiungibile, circondati da vigneti ed ulivi, con la vista che spazia fino al mare??

Idyllic farm-like location set on top of a hill with beautiful views surrounded by olive & vine groves. However, this 'old' but newly rebuilt /refurbished resort is on still in it's final stages of completion e.g beautiful pool almost completed (unfortunaely missed out by few days). Access to the property almost requires a 4WD for the dirt & rocky roads & a very detailed map as GPS does not recognise the location & the property is not sign posted ANY WHERE. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing location to read a good book, enjoy magnificent views & chill out this is perfect, just be prepared to travel 5klm or 8klm to your nearest eating options, a nice breakfast is provided but there are no options for bar fridge etc to store or prepare your own food & drink - such a shame as it's the perfect location for a picnic or antipasta platter with a good glass of wine o watch the sun set . The home made wine from the resort is quite good, did not get to try the home made olive oil. We highly recommend the traditional 'Nonna' & 'Poppa' roadside tratoria at the end of the 5 klm country road, nothing fancy to look at but good simle food & lovely people. The directions on the internet need to be corrected / updated, but a resort that with the right foresight & management will be worth watching & possibly re-visiting.
