9.0Very close to entrance to Europa Park The shutters were amazing, slept great in total darkness. Room was clean.

10.0Cleanliness in hotel. Staff super friendly. The woman at the front desk who also answers the phone calls was very helpful and accommodating. Would def stay here again. Plus a great breakfast on site.
− That the hotel didn't give me the booking.com price for the room I upgraded to which was 50€ more per night, but overall, they helped me with upgrading my room at no technical additional cost other than the difference from which I already paid, so theres nothing to complain about honestly

− une révision, voire une remise en état de certains équipements serait un plus : Mélangeur évier non fixé, sangle du store du salon manquant (le store ne ferme plus), porte-fenêtre du balcon dévissé, la lumière dans le frigo absente...
