10.0Struttura immersa nel verde, fresca d'estate con una piscina bella e grande. La piscina ha un bar dove è possibile fare aperitivo. Abbiamo anche cenato ed era tutto buonissimo, in una bella atmosfera.

7.0Mi è piaciuto molto il verde, il Giardino, l'aria fresca che si respirava la sera arrivando dal caldo torrido di Bologna, le luci attorno al ristorante, il contesto in generale era molto piacevole e bucolico.
− Abbiamo soggiornato una notte al costo di €90 e abbiamo consumato una cena di circa €90 e due pranzi, uno veloce con un toast e un altro più completo di 42€, e ci hanno fatto pagare l'ingresso in piscina il giorno del checkout.. Non mi sembra corretto, considerato che comunque avevamo pranzato due volte e cenato in struttura. Potevano farci entrare gratuitamente secondo me. L'altra cosa è stata che ci hanno spostato nelle camere mentre noi avevamo chiesto un appartamento, perché negli appartamenti l'aria condizionata non funzionava e faceva caldo; nelle camere c'era l'aria condizionata ma era rivolta verso il letto quindi se uno non voleva morire di cervicale non poteva tenerla accesa. Consiglio in generale di tenere lo split dell'aria condizionata a fianco al letto e non in faccia alle persone. L'altra cosa è che la cena e anche il pranzo sono stati un po' scarsi a livello di servizio, si vedeva che il personale non era specializzato, abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte le stesse cose, abbiamo aspettato parecchio per avere anche solo banalmente l'acqua e le bevande prima di cominciare a mangiare, abbiamo aspettato in piedi quando era praticamente tutto vuoto e quindi consiglierei un corso di formazione ai camerieri. Infine un piccolo inconveniente: la mattina quando ci siamo svegliati la porta era bloccata e abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'intervento della reception per farci uscire dalla camera. Consiglio apertura delle porte con tesserina o quantomeno revisione delle serrature.
Riqualificazione di un luogo storico gestita con grande successo! complimenti a Valentina e staff!
