8.0Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous avons été surclassé sans changement de tarif, donc très agréable surprise à notre arrivée. La chambre était confortable, le seul bémol est qu’il y faisait très chaud et si nous ouvrions la fenêtre, nous avions les bruits de la rue. Dommage.

2.0chambre sous le toit. seule ouverture : 1 velux. pas de climatisation alors que dehors il faisait 30 degrés. un simple ventilateur qui ne brassait que de l'air chaud...je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel !!!!

10.0Je suis arrivé bien avant les 15 heures affichées sur le site de l'hôtel : ma chambre était prête, la direction m'a aimablement invité à m'y installer. C'est vraiment plaisant !
