Was not nice , there was a big fight outside our door. Only 1 towel for 2 people , the mattress was sunk in the middle and after we arrived we paid all that money we had to pay to park our car ??? on the property. When we checked in there was 1 person on the desk many, many people trying to check in . Things were not explained when we made the reservation

− On m’attribue une chambre dont le bouton de la climatisation était cassé. Il a fallu que je râle pour en avoir une autre, la seconde chambre s’était la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas …une honte cet établissement

Its Clean

The location was good. The room had a fridge and microwave. Staff were helpful.

− Wasn't clean. The towels were stained even the extra ones. The sheets were stained. The room was dusty. The corners hadn't been cleaned for a while. The room didn't have a hair drier and we had to ask for it.

Very disappointing stay with rude service, a dirty room, and I would not recommend this hotel to any

The only positive thing was that the hotel is close to Niagara Falls. Other than the location, I did not enjoy my stay because the service and the condition of the hotel were very disappointing.

− This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The receptionist was rude and refused to show me where my room or the parking area was, even though it was my first time in Niagara Falls and I asked politely for help. He simply told me to pay, take the keys, and find everything myself. The room was dirty, the property did not feel safe, and the customer service was unacceptable. Hotels should have staff available to assist guests, especially first-time visitors.
