Great staff! Bad room experience!
6.0Location was easily accessible. Nice room layout. The staff were wonderful; very friendly and accommodatable. Felt safe in the hotel and area.
− I was extremely disappointed in my room. The shower water went from very hot to scalding. I was not able to take a shower. The curtain hook was broken therefore the blackout curtain could not be pulled completely closed allowing light to shine in the room. The TV remote control was dirty. It has some kind of sticky stuff on it; really gross.
Probably stick with Hilton from now on.

− lamp beside the bed was inoperative - went to front desk, manager came to the room to confirm there was NO switch to operate lamp. Follow morning found a cock roach / palmetto bug in the bathroom sink - a 1.5” long - told front desk on our exit from the property.
