Beautiful hotel, with great rooms, pool and attentive staff
9.0Loved pretty much everything about the hotel, friendly staff, beautiful room, great pool, we had a room towards the luscious garden which felt like a real bonus, and we arrived by train which was 5mn away by foot. Extremely clean, well located for travellers, 10mn from city centre and the lake shore, reachable by foot or a short funicular ride. We had a wonderful stay for two nights
− Not much to criticise, the only thing I noticed was that the hotel was not very ecologically conscious, for example in the bathroom there could be cream, shower gel and shampoo dispensers, at breakfast, jams, honey and butter could come from jars as opposed to little single units in small disposable containers.
