10.0I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – from the warm welcome at the reception to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and to my delight, I had a pool right in front of my room, which made the experience even more special. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which truly made me feel pampered. The services were impeccable, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. I felt at home, but with an extra touch of elegance and hospitality. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

8.0Stayed here for a wedding for 4 nights as part of a large group. Had a great experience, rooms were comfy, clean and generous and the pool area was very good but very busy. Staff were friendly and the buffets were all that you could want for a family. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra one night and going to the upstairs Asian restaurant. Found the all inclusive drinks package at the bar pretty poor as spirits/mixers etc were all lesser quality substitutes for the well known brands. If you care about the quality you will probably end up paying for drinks. Had a massage at the spa and it was very good. Not overly keen on all of the activities and shouting/promotion by the pool but it is a family hotel and is to be expected.

6.0Positive: food was good and variety was enough, beach was very nice, great snorkeling points and the beach bar was cool and easy to reach. Overall hotel was good looking and area was ok, just a bit outdated Negative: economy rooms shouldn’t be offered 4 star rooms, dirty, dirty water comes up the drain, locks and safe didn’t work, smelly, must cross a street without mentioning anything at the description,
