− La piscina está exageradamente lejos de las habitaciones, además es con una caminata muy díficil. No contaban con productos de aseo básico en las habitaciones

INCÓMODO MOMENTO -$- EN ECO HOTEL LA JUANITA, EN MANIZALES
5.0Una casa rural muy bonita, muy agradable, con un paisaje circundante muy hermoso en el apacible clima de Manizales.
− Hay cosas que podrían atenderse como más cuidado y mayor responsabilidad: si un alojamiento te solicita pagar un anticipo del 50% tan pronto haces la reserva, lo más correcto sería que en el momento de tu llegada la persona del hotel estuviera enterada de que ya hiciste el pago del anticipo. Pero si no hay organización adecuada, o si no hay comunicación entre el personal administrativo, entonces puede suceder que te cobren el 100% de la tarifa y tú tengas que explicar que ya hiciste un anticipo y demostrar que lo hiciste. El problema de esto es que siempre quedará la duda de si realmente "no recordaban" que ya habías hecho un anticipo del 50%, o si debido a que ha pasado más de un mes ya se les olvidó que hiciste ese pago y te vuelven a cobrar lo que ya habías pagado. ¿Y si yo no pudiera demostrar que ya había hecho el pago del anticipo? ¿Entonces me cobran doble? Cuando se trata de dinero se debe ser muy responsable, y no se puede ir cobrando de más por ninguna razón, mucho menos si es por falta de comunicación o por errores entre el personal del hotel.

− Les nombreux chiens du voisin font beaucoup de bruits à certains moments. Attention à l’accessibilité, l’hôtel n’est pas en centre ville mais vous pouvez vous y rendre via les nombreux bus, taxi et uber.
