− Prenotazione effettuata molti mesi fa. Una volta effettuato il check-in ci viene consegnata una camera improponibile: al piano terra dietro la piscina che puzzava di umido e muffa. Inoltre sebbene avessi fatto preventiva richiesta di due letti singoli, la camera presentava un solo letto. Mi sono rifiutata di alloggiare in quella stanza, ed essendo l’albergo al completo, ho ricevuto indietro i soldi e ho trovato una sistemazione migliore.

6.0− Accueil très désagréable nous devons faire nous même le check-in alors que membre du personnel est là et nous regarde. De plus, ce sont que des lits simples. Déçu du logement.
