10.0I’ve always had a great experience staying at the Marriott in Macon, but this time I accidentally booked the wrong one. That’s what happens when you’re rushing! 😂 I usually come to Macon a couple of times a year and stay for about a week, so I was definitely surprised when I realized my mistake. However, the service I received made the mix-up worth it. I arrived early and called ahead, and Ms. Cindy was so sweet! She told me to come right over and allowed me to check in a little early. Scott checked me in, and he was also very friendly. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. The next day, our flight was delayed, and Russell was a lifesaver! He was so accommodating and allowed us to check out a little later, which was such a relief. Marriott really knows how to make its guests feel welcome. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the gym, because I have to keep up with my workouts, and the nice, clean pool for a refreshing swim afterward. This Marriott turned out to be a delightful little gem in Macon!
