8.0立地が良いです。新神戸駅からも三ノ宮駅からも歩ける距離で、コンビニやカフェ、銭湯も近くにあります。安い価格で、荷物を置いたり寝たりするにはぴったりです。フロントの方も親切でした。

4.0フロア内の音が気になった。例えばドアの開閉音や隣室のイビキ、会話等。

8.0予約時から理解はしていましたが 部屋がもう少し広ければ、大満足でした。 もう1点駐車場も無いことはわかっていましたが どうしても車で行くことになったのですが 近隣のコインパーキングが予想以上に高額（16：30入庫翌6：30出庫）で3,300円でした（涙）
料金重視の方には良い
8.0・部屋は狭くて施設も古いですが、清潔に保たれていました ・今やないと困る存在となった Wifi があったのも普通に助かりました ・冷蔵庫が枕元のすぐそばにありうるさかったので、切って寝ました ・近くにコンビニがあるのは便利です ・料金は安かったので自分としては満足です
