1.0Nichts, die Deponierung des Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten hat wie mit dem Personal besprochen nicht funktioniert. Somit konnte ich um 03:nachts das Zimmer nicht betreten und wurde in ein alternativ Hotel gesendet. Dieses war absolut heruntergekommen. Auf eine Mail mit Bitte um Erstattung wurde bis heute nicht reagiert.
