6.0Property is ok but location is far from Munar and road is under construction excess is limited
A tad out of the way but worth the experience
8.0The Hotel was really nice. They bent over backwards to help us out. We were disappointed because the road from Munnar was closed most of the day/night, so, we couldn't go to Munnar unless we left very early in the Morning and had to be back by 5:30pm else we would not be able to come back in a reasonable time. Because of the road closure, we asked for a refund for the second night and they obliged. They were very gracious and helpful in fulfilling our requests.
